Can we wire 16 cells with a single bms or will it not work?

Let's say we have 16 cells, as seen in the electrical diagram below, yes it is possible.

What you have to do is just be careful to connect them in groups of 2 instead of one by one and you will not have problems.

With this wiring that you have from this article or can also be found in the PV Solar Sim application, you can connect 16 cells and the final result will still be 24 volts but the Ampere hour (AH) will be different.

How should we set it?

Well, we have to add the power to two. If a cell has 105Ah and we wire 2, then the power measured in Ampere hours will double, so 210 Ah.
